Motoridergear.com Worldwide Product Shipping Policy

Our current shipping offers are we will ship anywhere in the world for £15.00 and Free Shipping anywhere in the world to our customers who spend £250.00 or more.

Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of your products because not all items will be in stock at all times.  

Motoridergear.com Worldwide Product Returns Policy

If a product has to be returned for any reason, the customer is liable to pay all shipping and handling costs. 

All products leaving our stock room are inspected before shipping and are considered to be in perfect condition. If you do somehow receive items that have been damaged in shipping, we will accept returns for exchange of the same product or a product of equal value or an in-store credit note. The product must be returned within 10 days of you receiving it with all original packaging and tags in tact.

Any product returned because it does not fit, can be returned for exchange of a different size or an in-store credit note. Please note the customer is responsible for all new shipping charges incurred.

 Please email us immediately upon receipt of your package if the stock has been damaged in transit.
